According to Shahid Kapoor, there was a reason behind making this film free. According to the actor, the makers could not afford him. The makers had told him that if he had to pay the fees, the budget of the film would not be approved because it is a very experimental subject. He had no idea that it would be successful. But it was an attractive product so he agreed to do it for free.
Further, Shahid Kapoor was asked whether he had done any other film apart from Haider without taking fees. In response to this, Shahid said that apart from this he did not work in any film without fees. The actor laughingly said that he has also gone home. Let us tell you, Shahid Kapoor will soon be seen in a romantic drama film with Kriti Sanon. The name of this film has not been revealed yet. But this film will be released in theaters on December 7.
