2 cups cheese, chopped or grated
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter 2
tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp red chilli powder (increase as per your choice)
1 tsp mustard sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the pasta: Bring a large pan of water to a boil, add some salt, and add the pasta to boil. Cook the pasta well, but do not cook it too soft.
Prepare the cheese sauce: Heat the butter in a separate pan. Add flour to it and cover it well and mix. Then add milk and mix it well, so that no lumps are formed.
Add cheese: Now add chopped cheese, red chili powder, mustard sauce (optional), salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let the cheese melt.
