WATCH: Rohit Sharma won his heart after losing the match, KL Rahul held the trophy, Rohit did not even touch it

Australia defeated India by 66 runs in the last match of the 3-match ODI series. India won the series 2-1 but the dream of a clean sweep remained unfulfilled. Now these two teams will face each other directly in the ODI World Cup. At the same time, despite the defeat in this match, captain Rohit Sharma did something which made him beloved by the fans.

At present, a video is going viral on social media in which it can be seen that during the match presentation, Harsha Bhogle calls KL Rahul as well as Rohit Sharma to collect the trophy and when former BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah calls KL Rahul. When he hands over the trophy to Rahul, he also calls Rohit but Rohit does not even touch the trophy and just stands and poses with Rahul.

India won the series by winning the first two ODIs under the captaincy of KL Rahul. This was the reason why Rohit did not consider himself deserving of the trophy and allowed KL Rahul to hold the trophy. This gesture of Rohit is winning the hearts of fans on social media. You can watch this video below.
