However, if a woman is facing any problem by using a menstrual cup, then it should not be used.

It is important to take care of personal hygiene

Dr. Chanchal says that women should not be careless about their personal hygiene during periods. Many studies show that lack of cleanliness increases the risk of cervical cancer. This problem is seen more in rural women.a
