Discussion has started again regarding Rs 2000 notes. RBI has again given one week time to the common people i.e. till 7th October. This time has been given because even now notes worth Rs 14 thousand crore have not reached RBI. What will happen if these notes do not reach the banks even after October 7? Will these notes be ruined? Will these notes become legal tender? Will RBI again give time to the common people? All these questions are still roaming in the hearts and minds of common people. Let us also tell you how many rupees have returned to the banking system in the form of Rs 2000 notes at present and how many are yet to come. If they don't come back then what will happen to those notes?
