Before the India-Pakistan match, Punjab Police has arrested two terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba. They were plotting to terrorize the country. The terrorists have been arrested from Amritsar. The police achieved this success in an operation in collaboration with the central agency. A large number of weapons have been recovered from them. Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav gave the information by tweeting.
Two IEDs, two hand grenades, a pistol with two magazines, 24 cartridges, a timer switch, 8 detonators and four batteries have been recovered from the terrorists. The DGP said Amritsar, in an intelligence operation along with the central agency, busted a LeT module and arrested two people who are residents of Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorist module is handled by Firdous Ahmed Bhat, an active member of Lashkar-e-Taiba.

Lashkar terrorist module busted
Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav said that this operation was conducted by the Special Operation Cell of Punjab Police-Amritsar Police in collaboration with a central agency. "In a major breakthrough, the state Special Operation Cell-Amritsar, in a joint operation with a central agency, busted a LeT module and arrested two people, who hail from Jammu and Kashmir," the Punjab Police chief told PTI. .” The DGP said the terror module was being handled by Firdous Ahmed Bhat, an active member of Lashkar-e-Taiba, and described the arrests as “a major blow to the terror module trying to disrupt peace in Punjab”.
Delhi Police caught two Khalistani terrorists
Earlier, Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested two associates of Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla in the case of murder of Congress leader and Sarpanch in Moga, Punjab. Arsh Dalla had taken responsibility for the murder, after which investigation was conducted and later these two people were arrested. Since the incident, both were avoiding being caught. Later Punjab Police arrested him in an encounter. This operation was part of a larger initiative by the Special Cell of Delhi Police to tackle organized crime and terrorist activities in the area.
