A kidney worth Rs 1 crore… 328 rupees were taken out and sold, smugglers became butchers in pauper Pakistan.


A big revelation has come to light on human organ trafficking in the neighboring country Pakistan. Smugglers would take advantage of the helplessness of poor people and remove their kidneys and then sell them to rich people living abroad for Rs 30 lakh to Rs 1 crore.

Neighboring country Pakistan is struggling with poverty these days. The people there are suffering from poverty and hunger. The situation is such that fed up with poverty, people are now forced to sell their kidneys. Taking advantage of people's poverty, smugglers have now become butchers. It has been revealed that kidneys of 328 people have been removed in Pakistan. The big thing is that one kidney is being sold for one crore each.

The police told in a press conference that the kidneys of poor people have been removed and sold abroad for Rs 30 lakh to Rs 1 crore. Fawad Mukhtar, the leader of the smuggling gang, has been accused of removing more than 300 kidneys. Fawad Mukhtar had been arrested five times earlier on charges of misconduct, but every time he was successful in getting bail.

Police arrested 8 smugglers

Pakistan Police has arrested 8 members of this smuggling gang. During interrogation by the police, these people have told that they used to sell kidneys to the rich and used to charge huge amount from them in return. During interrogation, it has also been revealed that this gang of smugglers is active in East Punjab province as well as PoK. The big thing is that three people also died due to kidney removal.

Smugglers used to lure poor people by going to hospitals

On this matter, Chief Minister of Punjab province Mohsin Naqvi said that the kidneys were removed from people's private homes only. These people were not even given any information regarding kidney removal. It has also been revealed that kingpin Mukhtar was helped in this matter by a car mechanic. He used to woo poor people by visiting hospitals. In January this year, Punjab Police had busted another organ trafficking gang. This gang had removed the kidney of a missing 14-year-old child.
