Bollywood actor Aamir Khan remains in the news because of his professional life. Along with him, his daughter Ira Khan also remains a part of limelight due to her personal life. Both father and daughter are rarely seen together. Now a video of both of them has surfaced, in which both are seen talking about mental health.
Actually, today i.e. 10th October is World Mental Health Day. On this occasion, Ira Khan has posted a video on Instagram. In the video, Aamir Khan is saying, “We go to school or teacher to learn maths. If we have to get our hair cut, we go to the salon, where our hair is cut by a person who is knowledgeable about that thing.”
He further says, “There are some tasks in which we need the help of others. And we take such decisions very easily, without any hesitation. Ira further says, “Similarly, when we need emotional or mental help, we should go to someone who can help us.” That is, Aamir and his daughter are making the fans aware that just as we go to someone or the other for our other work, in the same way, if there is any problem related to mental health, then in that situation too we should seek help without hesitation.
Aamir-Ira have been taking therapy for many years
Aamir further tells that both he and Ira have been taking advantage of therapy for the last several years. They say that if you have mental or emotional problems then you should go to a professional. There is no shame in this.
However, if we talk about Aamir's professional life, he has been away from the film screen since Lal Singh Chaddha. Although he can make a comeback next year. As a producer, he is bringing a film named 'Lahore 1947', in which Sunny Deol will be the hero. It is being said that along with being a producer, Aamir will also play a character in this film.
