NCP Chief Sharad Pawar held a meeting with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge as well as Rahul Gandhi on Friday. In this meeting at Kharge's residence, the strategy of the opposition alliance India as well as many other issues related to Maharashtra were discussed. Pawar has invited Rahul Gandhi to visit his agriculture centre.

Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar met Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in Delhi on Friday. NCP leader Jitendra Awhad and Congress Working Committee member Gurdeep Sappal were also present during this meeting. According to sources, the future strategy of the opposition alliance was discussed in detail during the meeting.

If sources are to be believed, during the meeting these leaders discussed the next meeting of the opposition alliance as well as the current political situation. How to take the alliance forward was also discussed. Apart from this, seat sharing in Maharashtra was also discussed. During the meeting, Pawar invited Rahul Gandhi to visit his agriculture center in Maharashtra.

In fact, to counter the BJP-led NDA in the Lok Sabha elections, more than 20 opposition parties have formed an alliance, which has been named 'INDIA'. In the resolution issued on September 1 after the third meeting of the opposition alliance held in Mumbai, it was said that the parties will contest the elections as united as possible. At the same time, the work of distribution of seats will be completed soon.
