Canada PM's attitude is loosening due to India's strictness, but why is America not ready to accept?

Canada India Row: America is keeping a close eye on the India-Canada dispute. He is continuously issuing statements demanding investigation into this matter. Meanwhile, he has again said that the investigation should move ahead and strict action should be taken against the culprits. America has requested the Indian government to cooperate in the investigation.

India Canada Row: Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's attitude is weakening after India's strictness in the Nijjar murder case. He is constantly changing his statements. On Tuesday he had said that he does not want any kind of tension with India. He wants India's support on this issue and wants to continue constructive relations with it. But America is keeping a close eye on this entire matter. He is continuously following this case and is requesting support from India in the investigation.

Actually, ever since Canada has accused India. Since then America has been giving statements on this matter. Meanwhile, the White House has again said that Canada's allegations regarding India's involvement in the Nijjar massacre are serious and should be thoroughly investigated. US State Department Deputy Spokesperson Vedant Patel said while talking to the media that the most important thing is that the investigation in this case should move forward and strict action should be taken against the culprits. We have requested the Government of India to cooperate in this investigation.

Trudeau had accused India on September 18

Let us tell you that on June 18 this year, Hardeep Singh Nijjar was shot dead in British Columbia, Canada. In 2020, India had declared Nijjar a terrorist. On September 18, PM Justin Trudeau had accused India of this. PM Trudeau had said in the Canadian Parliament that India could be behind the murder of Nijjar. India had completely rejected the allegations. India had said that Canada's statement was politically motivated. India had called PM Trudeau's allegations absurd.

Relations between India and Canada sour after the dispute

After this statement of Trudeau, tension increased between the two countries. Relations between India and Canada have turned sour. After India's strictness, the Canadian PM's attitude gradually started softening. On several occasions he said that he sought cooperation from India in the investigation. India also said that if Canada presents any concrete evidence regarding this, India is ready to consider it.

America called Canada's allegations serious

Let us tell you that last week there was a meeting between Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar and American NSA Jake Sullivan. This issue was discussed there also. Top White House official John Kirby said the issue was discussed. Both the countries should resolve this issue at their own level. But these allegations are serious and should be thoroughly investigated. As we have said before, we urge India to cooperate in that investigation.
