While giving information to Outlook, Dr. Alok Kumar of Indian Institute of Science i.e. IISc, Bengaluru said that his laboratory is making biological payload for the flight, which is currently reviewed by ISRO.

These agencies have cooperation in Gaganyaan mission

Apart from the Indian Armed Forces, Defense Research Development Organization i.e. DRDO is also involved in this mission. Indian maritime agencies like Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, Indian Shipping Corporation, National Institute of Oceanography, National Institute of Ocean Technology have also been included in this mission. Apart from these, Indian Meteorological Department and CSIR Labs have also been included.

Private companies also cooperated

According to many media reports, the names of Larsen & Toubro, Tata Eleksi are also included in the Gaganyaan mission. The contribution of Larsen and Toubro was seen in Chandrayaan 3.
