ED summons three close associates of Sanjay Singh, they may be interrogated by making them sit in front

ED has sent summons to three close associates of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh. He will have to appear today itself. One of them is the spokesperson of Aam Aadmi Party, who had allegedly received an amount of Rs 1 crore in the name of an AAP leader. It is believed that ED can interrogate MP Sanjay Singh by making him sit in front of all three.

ED's interrogation of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh is going on. Meanwhile, the central agency has sent summons to three more close associates of the AAP leader. These include Vivek Tyagi, Sarvesh Mishra and Kanwarbir Singh. These three will have to appear before the agency today itself. It is alleged that Sanjay Singh had obtained one crore rupees through Sarvesh Mishra. It is believed that Sanjay Singh can be interrogated by making him sit in front of these three of his close friends.

After the Supreme Court's question, efforts are underway to make Aam Aadmi Party an accused in the excise scam case. Meanwhile, sending summons to Sarvesh Mishra is no less than an alarm bell for the party. Sarvesh Mishra is the spokesperson of the party and is considered close to Sanjay Singh. The allegation is that he had received Rs 1 crore in the name of the AAP MP. Sanjay Singh is currently on ED remand for five days. Meanwhile, there will be inquiries about money transactions and other possible people involved. He will be in ED custody till October 10. Sanjay Singh is the third leader of the party to be implicated in the excise scam case.

Sanjay Singh and Dinesh Arora may also be interrogated face to face

According to sources, ED can also interrogate Sanjay Singh and Dinesh Arora by making them sit face to face. According to sources, initially ED will put the statements of CDR and other accused in front of Sanjay Singh and raise questions. 2. When and where was your first meeting with Dinesh Arora?

3. Was there any meeting between Dinesh Arora and Amit Arora at your official residence?

4. If so, when did this meeting take place and why did it take place?

5. Who else were involved in this meeting?

6. Who is Sarvesh Mishra? Is it your staff member? How long has he been associated with you?

7. Did you introduce Dinesh Arora to Manish Sisodia?

8. Did you ask Dinesh Arora to collect money from restaurant owners? Was a check of Rs 82 lakh given on your request?

9. Did you play a role in transferring Amit Arora's liquor shop located in Pitampura to Okhla? Did you help him?

10. Did Dinesh Arora deliver Rs 2 crore to you? If it was delivered then why was it delivered?

11. Did you ask your staff member Sarvesh Mishra to take Rs 1 crore from Dinesh Arora?

12. Was this money given at your house? Where were you when the money was being given?

13. Were you aware of Sarvesh Mishra taking money from Dinesh Arora?

14. What was your role in the drafting of the excise policy?
