Both big tech companies HP and Google have joined hands to create budget or rather pocket friendly Chromebook Laptops for the customers. HP and Google have partnered to meet the needs of students, educational institutions and government, the purpose of joining hands of both the companies is that these tech companies want to launch the cheapest laptop in the market.
It has been mentioned in the reports that Chromebook laptop models can be launched for Rs 20 thousand. These upcoming models will be produced at the Flex facility near Chennai. Let us tell you that HP has been manufacturing desktops and laptops from here since August 2020.
Manufacturing of these models can start from October 2 and production will be done to meet the demand of the educational sector. This is the first time that Chromebook will be manufactured in India.

The exact information about which features you will get to see in these upcoming models of Google and HP company has not been revealed yet. But it is certain that both HP and Google will design these models keeping in mind the needs of the students and will try to provide such features in these models which will be really useful for you.
JioBook will get direct competition
Before HP and Google, JioBook is already available in the market in this price range, the price of this model is Rs 16 thousand 499. You can buy this device from Reliance Digital, Jio Mart and Amazon.
With 11.6 inch HD screen, MediaTek octa-core processor has been used in this device for speed and multitasking. The laptop offers more than 8 hours of battery life once fully charged.
