Got only assurance from AKTU, problems did not reduce, students will reach Raj Bhavan again on 6th October

All the students of AKTU were feeling that if they have given back in one or two papers, it will be cleared and they will get the degree. You will get the stuck job. But, nothing like this happened.

The troubles of the students of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh are not showing any signs of diminishing. The result was that the youth who had just left the Raj Bhavan on 25th September happily after taking assurance of resolution of their problems from the University officials, have again announced to reach the Raj Bhavan on 6th October, because none of their problems has been resolved despite promises and assurances. found to be.

The problem of the students is that their carryover results somehow came out after about nine months, but the problem came to the fore in a more serious form. All the students were feeling that if they have given back in one or two papers, it will be cleared. And they will get the degree. You will get the stuck job. But, nothing like this happened.

Problems of students increased

However, a new problem arose. Most of the back papers given by these students came back again. The crisis did not stop here, students failed in the subjects in which they had passed earlier, as soon as the carry over results came out. Meaning, failed in back paper also and failed in some new subjects also. Since then the students are very angry. His anger was increasing. The students also allege that average marks were given in the examination of back paper copies. The copy has not been checked properly. Had the investigation been done properly, such a large number of students would not have failed.

After the results came, students started roaming around the university but they could not reach the exam department. Maximum access was to the student cell, where the problem could not be solved. Yes, the students cell definitely functioned as a counter for receiving applications. The vigilant security squad in the university initially tried to prevent the students from entering the campus. Even if someone got permission to reach the student cell, they could not proceed further because security personnel were found standing there also.

Students had reached Raj Bhavan

In recent times, it has been like a dream for students to meet a responsible officer in the university. If there is any known officer-employee in the campus then entry is easy and if not, then their entry is prohibited in this magnificent building built only to solve the problems of the students. Under compulsion, the students turned to Raj Bhavan. On September 25, a group of students gathered at Ambedkar Park in Lucknow.

The police had already contacted the students' leader Pawan Bhadana. ACP Hazratganj promised the students that some people should come peacefully. He will meet the officers of Raj Bhavan. It also happened. On the instructions of Raj Bhavan, a group of students was also made to meet the active AKTU officers. But even after eight days they did not get any solution. The pain of the students regarding the arrangements of AKTU can be seen openly on the social media platform X.

To fulfill the demands of the students, the university will have to take a pro-active role. Students should know the work that cannot be done. The call of the students to reach Raj Bhavan again on 6th October is only because they could not know the truth on 25th September. Most of the demands put forward by the students were such that they are not possible without the approval of the Executive Council, Exam Committee, Finance Committee etc.

Students had demanded to reduce the fees for re-checking of copies, reducing the fees for carryover exams and conducting exams like special carry over. All these demands are such that they require various types of internal approvals, which is not possible in a week. This cannot happen even if all the officers of the university become active and start working.

Due to lack of information about the truth, the students who happily returned to their homes after meeting Raj Bhavan and University officials on September 25, are now disappointed. It is a question of his life. Someone lost his job because he could not deliver his degree on time. No one could join because he did not have the necessary documents.
