What should be the fruit diet during Navratri?

Breakfast

You can consume buckwheat upma or rajgira roti with a bowl of creamless curd.

Consume low sugar and high fiber fruits like apple, pear or papaya with skimmed milk.

Consumption of bottle gourd vegetable and skimmed milk cheese with buckwheat khichdi.

evening snack

Consume mixed nuts like almonds, walnuts or peanuts with some skimmed curd or skimmed milk.

fruit at night

A bowl of skimmed paneer, rajgira roti and bottle gourd raita can be good. 

Skimmed milk and stevia are considered better than milk and sugar.

Bottle gourd or buckwheat kheer or halwa can also be a good option.
