Iran police attacked for not wearing hijab, 16 year old girl struggling for life

In Iran, a girl named Armita Garvand was beaten for not wearing hijab, due to which the victim went into a coma. The Iran administration has denied the incident of assault. At present, the victim girl is being treated in the hospital amidst tight security.
In Iran, not wearing hijab cost a girl dearly. That girl was not only misbehaved but was also beaten up. The beating was so severe that she went into a coma. The name of the victim girl is Armita Garvand, who is only 16 years old. Armita is currently battling for life and death in the hospital.

According to the information, there was an argument between Armita and female police officers over not wearing hijab at Tehran metro station. Angered by her not wearing hijab, the officers started beating Armita, in this incident Armita got seriously injured. She suffered serious injuries on her head and neck. It is being told that Armita went into coma even before reaching the hospital. Armita is undergoing treatment under tight security at Fajr Hospital.

Meanwhile, when a female journalist of Shark newspaper reached the hospital to know about the incident, she was taken into custody, however, she was released after some time. According to the report, the police have also confiscated the phones of Armita's family. Also, there has been a ban on meeting Armita.

Police denied assaulting the girl
In this case, the manager of Tehran Metro has denied any kind of assault with Armita. He said that the CCTV footage installed at the station shows that the girl was not assaulted. Officials refuted the allegations and said that Armita had fainted due to low blood pressure. At present, precaution is being taken in this entire matter.

Hijab a big issue in Iran

Let us tell you that hijab remains a big issue in Iran. About a year ago, a girl named Mahsa Amini was beaten by the police for not wearing hijab, due to which she died. Angered by the death of Mahsa Amini, women took to the streets and demonstrated fiercely across Iran. Many people were killed in this demonstration.
