Shikhar Dhawan Divorce: Indian cricket team's opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan was fighting a court case against his wife Ayesha Mukerji for a long time and now finally Shikhar Dhawan has got a big relief. In fact, on Wednesday, October 4, Patiala House Court (Family Court) of Delhi has approved the divorce of Shikhar Dhawan and his wife Ayesha. The court has accepted that Shikhar Dhawan's wife has caused him mental pain by keeping him away from his son for years.

Let us tell you that Shikhar Dhawan and Ayesha got married to each other in the year 2012, but after marriage, rift started between them. The matter got so bad that it reached the point of divorce and in the meantime, Shikhar stayed away from his son Zorawar for a long time. But now finally Shikhar Dhawan has won the case against his wife in the court, under which he is now divorced from his wife.

Let us tell you that whatever allegations were made by Shikhar Dhawan against his wife, his wife could not prove them wrong. Judge Harish Kumar, while giving his verdict on this case, also said that Shikhar Dhawan's wife Ayesha did not oppose the allegations against her or she failed to defend herself. It is noteworthy that at present the court has not given any decision on the custody of son Jorwar. 

But now after winning this case, Shikhar Dhawan has got the right from the court that he can meet his son or talk to him on video call. Not only this, now Jorwar will be able to spend half the time with his father during his school holidays. Dhawan has also got the right to bring his son to his home during holidays. It is being told that Shikhar Dhawan had admitted in an interview that he could not handle his family properly. He failed in this because he had no experience in this matter at all. Shikhar is very sad about this.
