World Sight Day serves as a powerful reminder that healthy vision is a precious gift that we should never take for granted. It seeks to highlight the urgent need for accessible and quality eye health care. Many easy exercises can be done to improve IQ, reduce stress and even eyesight and can be done anywhere, anytime. can be done.

Palming

A yogic exercise, palming involves relaxing the muscles around the eyes to reduce stress and fatigue. Rub your hands together to warm them and then with your eyes closed, place the palm of each hand on the corresponding cheekbone. Place your hands on your eyes and breathe deeply for 3-5 minutes.
