If the pantry staff refuses or is reluctant to pay the bill for food items, then you can complain about it to the Railways. Passengers can register their complaints/suggestions through Rail Help Number 139, Complaints can also be lodged on the IRCTC website www.irctc.in and in the complaint books available with the Pantry Car Manager, Train Superintendent and Guard. Passengers can avail catering services by contacting the coach attendant or the tour authorized catering staff. Pre-booking of meals is also allowed through IRCTC's e-Catering facility website.
