The second highest number of cardiovascular deaths occurs on December 26, and the third highest number occurs on January 1.
Why are there more heart attacks during winter?
No exact reason has been found for more heart attacks in winter. But the biggest reason behind this could be cold air. During this time blood circulation starts shrinking. And BP increases. Due to increase in BP, there is a lot of pressure on the heart.
