Dr. Kaushal says that air pollution can be a risk factor for increasing psoriasis. In such a situation, patients of this disease should protect themselves from pollution. Skin creams contain steroids which can harm the body.

Dr. Sanjay explains that some people have a misconception about psoriasis, people think that this disease spreads through touch, whereas it is not so. Therefore, if a person has this disease, he should not consider it contagious and get treatment as soon as symptoms appear. Also keep in mind that your diet should be better. This is because if the diet is good then the liver will remain fit and keeping the liver fit helps a lot in controlling psoriasis.
