According to news agency PTI, the officer said that this incident took place in Rajabhatkhawa-Kalchini section. This area is located near the Buxa Tiger Reserve in North Bengal. The place where this incident took place does not come under the purview of the 'Intrusion Detection System' (IDS) installed to avoid such incidents.
