Mustard leaves – 1½ cups chopped, Spinach – 1½ cups chopped, Coriander – 1 cup chopped, Gram flour – 1 1/4 cup, Rice flour – 2 tablespoons, Baking soda – 1 pinch, Garlic paste – 1 Big spoon, Fennel – 1 tsp, Chili flakes – 1 tsp, Red chilli powder – 1 tsp, Sesame – 1 tsp, Curd – 2 tsp, Salt – as per taste.

In a large bowl, add all the ingredients including spinach, mustard leaves, green coriander and mix well. If the solution is too thick, you can add water as required. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pakodas. Serve with green chutney and sweet chutney.
