Iranian Parsi people celebrate the festival named Chahar-Shambe Suri. It should be noted that in Iran this festival is celebrated on the last Tuesday of the year, during which at night people light a fire in front of their houses and jump over it. Not only this, Iranian people also sing a song while putting dry fruits in the fire - 'O Aatish-e-Muqaddas! Zardi-e-man aj tu surkhi-e-tu aj man.' It means – O holy fire!
