A new Ram temple has opened in Ayodhya. From VIP people to lakhs of common devotees are also reaching the temple every day for darshan. To provide convenience to the increasing number of tourists in Ayodhya, now another airline is going to start its 8 flights. Till now only Indigo and Air India are providing their limited flight service to Ayodhya.

Yes, budget airline SpiceJet will start flight service from different places of the country to Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh from February 1. The company has planned to start a total of eight flights. Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will inaugurate it.

These cities will be directly connected to Ayodhya

Giving detailed information, an official said that these SpiceJet flights will directly connect Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Patna, Darbhanga, Mumbai and Bengaluru to Ayodhya. Ram devotees coming from these cities will get the facility to reach Ayodhya easily by flight. All these flights will take off from Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the airport this month and also gave it the status of an international airport.

Zoom service will start from tomorrow

Apart from this, another regional airline 'Zoom' has announced to restart its Delhi-Ayodhya flight from Wednesday. The company says that the company will operate flights on the Delhi-Ayodhya route with Bombardier CRJ 200ER aircraft. Ayodhya is fast emerging as one of the most sought-after religious tourism hotspots in the country.

Aviation regulator DGCA had renewed the flight permit of JXS Air Services in September 2023 itself. Earlier the company was operating as Zoom Airlines. After starting operations with CRJ aircraft in February 2017, this Gurugram-based airline closed its operations in 2020.
