Big stars like Aamir-Akshay had rejected this film, when it was released it created an uproar at the box office.

While top Bollywood actors work in many films in their career, sometimes they also reject some pictures. We are telling you about one such film, which created a stir at the box office. But earlier big stars like Aamir-Akshay had refused to work in it.

Last year, many films like 'Pathan', 'Jawaan', 'Gadar', 'Danky' and 'Animal' were released, which brought a storm in terms of earnings. These films earned so much that they are being discussed in 2024 and people are still crazy about them. But meanwhile, we are telling you about a film which was released about 13 years ago and created a ruckus at the box office. That film was earlier offered to many big stars of Bollywood, but everyone rejected it.

The film we are talking about is 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag', released in the year 2013, which is based on Indian athlete Milkha Singh, known as 'Flying Sikh'. Actor and director Farhan Akhtar played the role of Milkha Singh in this film. However, before him, some other actors were offered this film. The film's director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has told about this in his book 'The Stranger in the Mirror'.

These actors had rejected the film

This film was first offered to Hrithik Roshan, but due to being busy with 'Krrish 3', he could not do this film. After that Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra approached Aamir Khan for this, but he refused saying that this film was not for him. Later this film was offered to Ranveer Singh, but he too could not be a part of it. While talking about this at an award function, Akshay Kumar had said that he regretted saying 'no' to this film. He could not do this film because he was busy with 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobara'.

Finally this film reached Farhan and after just 15 minutes of narration, he agreed to it. There was tremendous craze for the picture after its release. According to the report, this film had collected Rs 169.96 crore worldwide.
