Dispute between Mamata and Congress increased, Rahul's meeting in Siliguri banned

Mamta has refused permission to Rahul Gandhi to hold a meeting in Siliguri. After this, Congress has changed the route of the yatra. Now the journey will start from Jalpaiguri instead of Cooch Behar. On the other hand, the talks between Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Mamata also remained inconclusive.
