To enhance the taste of pasta, sauce is mixed in it and nowadays people like to eat white sauce pasta. But dieticians say that red sauce is better than pasta, white and mixed sauces. Because it does not contain much fat in the form of cheese and butter.
oil quality
The type and quantity of ingredients and oil we use while making pasta has a direct impact on our health. In such a situation, while making pasta, use better quality ingredients and less oil.
include vegetables
To make pasta healthy, you must include vegetables in it. Cut it in big sizes so that it can make your pasta healthy.
boil first
If you already plan to eat pasta, then keep in mind that you should boil it about 5 to 6 hours before and let it cool. After this, cook it with vegetables, this process is called resistant starch and it helps in making the pasta better and digestible.
