After the survey report of Gyanvapi Masjid of Varanasi came out, the round of statements has started. Vishwa Hindu Parishad International Working President and senior advocate Alok Kumar said the evidence collected by the ASI from Gyanvapi confirms that the mosque was constructed after the demolition of a grand temple.
A portion of the temple structure, particularly the western wall, is what remains of a Hindu temple. The report also proves that parts of the pre-existing temple, including pillars and pillars, were reused with modifications to extend the span of the mosque and in the construction of the Sahan. Remember that the official and expert body ASI has submitted its report to the District Judge in the Gyanvapi case in Kashi.
clear evidence of the existence of a temple

He said the discovery of names including Janardana, Rudra and Umeshwara in the inscriptions found in the structure is clear evidence of it being a temple.
