Take care of diet – Take special care of your diet in winter, do not eat cold things even by mistake, it can cause cold and cough. Therefore, eat only hot milk, seasonal fruits, nuts and home food. Eat fruits in the morning and afternoon. Drink hot milk instead of tea. Boiled egg, cheese, nuts are also beneficial for health, hence you can include them in your diet in the evening.
Protection from cold – A woman's immunity is reduced during pregnancy, hence it is very important to protect from cold, for this do not bathe with cold water, protect yourself from cold, keep your head, hands and legs tired. Protect yourself from cough, because excessive coughing puts pressure on the stomach and stretches the muscles which causes pain, so consume honey with lukewarm water.
Keep BP under control – Due to cold in winter, blood pressure of common people increases, hence even pregnant women are not untouched by it, hence keep monitoring your blood pressure and follow the instructions given by the doctor. . So that your blood pressure is kept under control. Also, do not let blood sugar increase, it can affect your delivery.
Prevention of swelling in feet – Swelling in feet is common in winter and women often have swelling in their feet even during pregnancy, so take care of swelling in feet. It can cause difficulty in walking. To prevent this, wash your feet with warm water. Compress your feet and massage with oil gently.
