Which fruits to eat with peels

Apple- Let us tell you that antioxidants and fiber are found in abundance in the peel of apple. In such a situation, it should be washed thoroughly and eaten with the peels only.

Aloo Bukhara- Aloo Bukhara, which appears red in colour, tastes sour and sweet. This fruit should also be eaten with peels.

Pear- If you eat a pear after peeling it, its nutrients will be reduced. Therefore, after washing it, it should be eaten along with the peels only.

Sapota- Sapota peel contains Vitamin C, antioxidants, potassium and iron. Helps in keeping your skin healthy and intestine healthy.

Eat these fruits after peeling them

Watermelon- The peel of watermelon is very hard and thick. It is also not easy to eat it. Therefore, eat watermelon only after removing the peels.

Kiwi- Some people like to eat kiwi with peels only. But if you have problem with its peel then eat it only after peeling it.

Orange- Orange peel is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Calcium and Riboflavin. However, when eaten it tastes bitter.
