Almost every lover gives rose flowers to his partner on this day.

But you can gift something similar to roses. It is said that the way to make a person happy passes through his stomach. In such a situation, if you also want to impress your partner more, then you can prepare delicious dishes related to roses and feed them. Which also includes rose barfi. Especially if your partner is very fond of eating sweets, then you can definitely try this dish.

Ingredients to make Gulab Barfi

– One cup rose petals – One cup almonds – Half cup water – Desi ghee – One cup grated coconut – Sugar as per taste – Milk and khoya

How to make Gulab Barfi

To make this, first separate the rose petals. Then soak these petals in water for some time.

– Soak the coconut in lukewarm water for one to two hours so that the coconut becomes soft. After this, put coconut and rose petals in a mixer jar and grind them a little.

Then put 100 grams of desi ghee in a pan and keep it for heating and then add dry fruits in it and fry till it becomes light brown.

– After this, take out the dry fruits and add cardamom, coconut, sugar and khoya in the pan, brown them lightly and add the ground rose and coconut in it, after 5 to 10 minutes take it out in a plate.

– After taking it out in a plate, place almonds on top and cut it in the shape of barfi and keep it to cool. Get your barfi ready.
