But at the last moment Madhuri turned away and went to the make-up room and started crying.

The reason behind this crying was Ranjeet. Ranjit, known for his villainy in India, had developed such an image in Hindi cinema. Seeing whom everyone used to say - don't go there because Ranjeet is there. Madhuri, frightened by this very thing, refused to share the screen with him in 'Prem Pratigya'.

Madhuri kept crying, the villain had no clue

This story was narrated by Ranjeet himself during an interview. When all this was happening, Ranjeet was also present there. But they had no information about this. However, when the matter escalated, he came to know about the entire issue from action director Veeru Devgan. Madhuri was also afraid because Ranjeet had to molest her in the picture. In such a situation, the actress was already scared.

Narrating this incident, Ranjeet says, I was expecting that after the scene happened, I would be asked how everything was. But nothing like that happened. Everyone surrounded Madhuri.
