 Ish Sodhi Catch: A five-match T20 series is being played between Pakistan and New Zealand, the first match of which was played today i.e. Friday (January 12) at Eden Park in Auckland. In this match, the host team New Zealand won by defeating Pakistan by 46 runs and meanwhile the team's experienced spinner Ish Sodhi took a charismatic catch. The video of Ish Sodhi's catch is going viral on social media. 

Actually, this catch of Sodhi was seen in the 9th over of Pakistan's innings. Ish Sodhi delivered a low full toss ball to Fakhar Zaman on which the Pakistani batsman played a straight shot. This ball went straight towards Ish Sodhi, after which, seeing the ball in the air, he jumped to his left and took an amazing catch by diving.

Fakhar Zaman was also surprised to see this catch of Ish Sodhi and then returned to the pavilion disappointed. This was a big wicket because explosive batsman Fakhar could score only 15 runs in 10 balls. Ish Sodhi knew the importance of his catch, so he also enjoyed it a lot.

If we talk about this match, then Pakistan had won the toss and decided to bowl first against New Zealand, after which on the basis of half-centuries of Daryl Mitchell (61) and Kane Williamson (57), the host team scored a big score of 227 runs in 20 overs. The goal hung on the scoreboard. In response, Pakistan team could stay on the field only for 18 overs and were all out after scoring 180 runs. Only Babar Azam could score a half-century for Pakistan. He added 57 runs in 35 balls. However, his team lost the match by 46 runs.
