Dr. Kishore explains that special care is needed in this season. Those who feel more cold should go out less. If you have to go for work, keep your head and nose covered. Try to keep your hands covered and wear gloves for this. Avoid going out in the early morning or evening during low temperatures. Take care of your diet and include dry fruits and green vegetables in your diet. This will be beneficial.
