In the video going viral on social media, it is seen that some students are shouting slogans with posters in their hands. The alleged students are raising slogans in support of 'Babri'. Apart from this, the college administration also tried hard to remove the students from there. According to Delhi Police, no action was initiated as the protest took place inside the campus and no official complaint was given to the police. The university is investigating the matter further. A police officer said that the deployment of police personnel outside the university is a precautionary measure. This has been done in view of the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony and the upcoming Republic Day.
What did the university administration say?
On this whole matter, the university administration said that the students were removed from there as soon as the protest started. Apart from this, there was no problem of any kind in the exam. Everything happened properly. Jamia had given holiday in the first half due to which the exams of the first shift were postponed. At present the administration is investigating.
