Fitness Tips: If your condition worsens while climbing stairs, then do this exercise


Often we feel tired while climbing stairs, this problem is not only with the old people but people of new age also have this complaint. For this, you can do some exercises by which you can increase the strength of your legs.

Due to bad lifestyle, many people are not able to pay attention to themselves. Due to which there is deficiency of nutrition in the body. It has a direct impact on our health. Most people start going to the gym to keep themselves fit. Whereas instead you should focus on your inner strength. Due to lack of internal strength in the body, people often start getting tired while climbing stairs. For this you can do some exercises.

If you start feeling tired soon while climbing stairs, then you need to pay special attention. For this you can do aerobic exercise which includes jogging and brisk walk. Apart from this, you should do leg exercises to increase the stamina of your legs. Apart from this, you can also increase your core strength by doing these daily exercises.

1. Do chair squats

Chair squats are considered the best for leg exercise. For this, stand in front of the chair at a distance of one hand. After this, try to sit from the front in a sitting position on a chair. Keep in mind that all the weight of the body should be on your heels. You just have to repeat this exercise in the same way as you do normal squats.

2.Chair Plank: Doing this exercise works your core the most, it increases your core strength. To increase balance and stability, you must do Chair Plank. To do this exercise, you sit on the chair facing forward and place your hands on the seat of the chair. Now, maintaining balance, raise your leg in front at the level of your head. Stay in this position for some time. This will increase the strength of your muscles.

3. Wall Sits: For this you have to stand against the wall as if you are sitting on a chair. Stand in this position for some time, this will increase the strength of your legs.

4. Step Ups: To do this exercise, choose a place which is not slippery. At this place you stand straight, after this you stand on one leg and keep the other leg close to your chest. After standing in this position for some time, do the same with the other leg. This will make you feel as if you are climbing a ladder.

To increase the strength of your legs, you can do these exercises anywhere at home.
