Ramadan, which is considered the most sacred month in the Muslim religion, has started from March 12. During this entire month, after fasting for 13 hours, people have Iftar in the evening i.e. break the fast. Chamomile tea is very beneficial for digestion
Actually, chamomile tea is made from chamomile flowers. First of all, heat water as per requirement in the pan and then add chamomile flowers in it and boil. After this, add jaggery to it or after removing it from flame, add a little honey and drink it. This will not only improve your digestion but will also help you sleep better at night.
Drink of mint, cardamom and fennel will make you feel fresh
One teaspoon fennel, two-three crushed green cardamom seeds, mint leaves. Soak fennel and cardamom in water and leave it for a few hours and after iftar, add mint leaves to this water and boil it. After filtering it, you can cool it or drink it lukewarm.
Fenugreek seeds and celery water will provide relief from gas and bloating
If you have problem of bloating after Iftar, then make a drink of fenugreek seeds and celery and drink it, both these things are effective in providing relief from the problem of gas, stomach pain and bloating. To make the drink, boil one spoon fenugreek seeds and one spoon celery in water, you can also add a little salt to it for taste.
