Signs of increasing fatty liver disease

  • Swelling in the stomach: In advanced liver disease, water starts accumulating in the stomach, which causes the problem of flatulence. It is also identified as cirrhosis and cancer.
  • Swelling of soles: In addition to swelling of the feet and ankles, edema of the soles may also occur when someone has severe fatty liver disease. Apart from this, in serious illness, there may be swelling of the face and swelling of the hands.

Ways to control fatty liver

If you want to avoid the serious consequences of fatty liver, then control your weight. For this, exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Take a low fat diet. Minimize carbohydrate-rich foods (white rice, potatoes, white bread) and avoid drinking too many juices and carbonated beverages rich in fructose.
