Fast foods start destroying the microbiomes in the stomach and this spoils the function of the entire digestive system. Due to this, problems like indigestion, gas formation and flatulence occur. Try to include green fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Eat fiber rich foods and also try to drink three to four liters of water a day. Set your sleep and wake up times. Avoid eating food late at night.

Exercise is very important

Dr. Kumar says that exercise plays an important role in maintaining good stomach health. You must exercise for at least 15 minutes a day. With this, the body works well and digestion also improves.
