However, later the passenger insisted to sit with his friends with whom he had gone to Indore on a pilgrimage. The crew accepted his request and for some time the man sat quietly, but after a while, he again misbehaved with the co-passenger.
According to a Hyderabad airport spokesperson, during the journey, the man was roaming in the aisle of the plane even when the flight was in the air. The crew warned him to sit on his designated seat, but he did not pay much attention to it. After this, when the flight was about to land, he went to the door and tried to open it. The spokesperson said that the crew members and other passengers in the plane stopped him.
Police arrested the passenger
The man was identified as Anil Patil, a resident of Chandragirinagar, Gajularamaram in Hyderabad. He had gone to Ujjain on a pilgrimage with his friends. The police arrested the man as soon as the flight landed in Hyderabad. However, he was reportedly granted bail as he was suffering from some “health issues”. A medical report regarding his health was also submitted at the police station before he was released.
