A big news has come out regarding the Porsche car accident in Pune. Minor accused Vedant Aggarwal can appear in the Juvenile Court today i.e. on Wednesday. At the same time, now the name of underworld don Chhota Rajan has also been entered in this case. Information has come to light that the main accused in the case, Vedant Aggarwal (17 years old), has links with underworld don Chhota Rajan. The head of the Agarwal family, Surendra Agarwal, who is the grandfather of the minor accused, was having a property dispute with his brother. To settle this dispute, Surendra Aggarwal had gone to Bangkok and met Chhota Rajan between 2007 and 2008.
After this, an attempt was made to murder a person named Ajay Bhosale. FIR was also registered against Surendra Aggarwal in this case. At that time, Pune Police was under the scanner in this case also, because generally Maharashtra Police files FIR under MCOCA in cases related to underworld. But in this case only general sections were imposed under IPC. Surendra Aggarwal was not even arrested until the charge sheet was filed. Later, after the arrest of Chhota Rajan, all his cases were transferred to CBI, this case related to Aggarwal was also included in it.
On May 18, when the minor accused got VIP treatment after the road rage case in Pune, many incidents started coming to light after that. When the Agarwal family's relations with Chhota Rajan came to light, it became clear that this family's influence extended not only to the Pune Police but also to the underworld. On the other hand, Pune Collector Suhas Diwas has issued an order to close both the pubs amid the uproar created after the accident.

On May 18, a 17-year-old minor Vedant Agarwal, in a drunken state, killed two people by driving a Porsche at high speed. The minor was arrested in this case and was granted bail within 15 hours. Then the court asked him to write an essay of 300 words on road safety. The matter has been gaining momentum since then. The families of the deceased Ashwini Koshta and Aneesh Avadhiya are continuously demanding justice.
At present, the police have arrested the minor's father and well-known builder Vishal Aggarwal in the case. Apart from this, Kosi restaurant owner Naman Pralhad Bhootada and manager Sachin Ashok Katkar, Hotel Black manager Sandeep Ramesh Sangle and bar counter manager Jayesh Satish Bonkar have also been arrested on charges of serving liquor to a minor. A total of five arrests have been made in this case.

Vishal Agrawal, on getting the news of his minor son's arrest, first went to his farm house in Daund. Then from there he fled to Kolhapur. Here he met a friend of his and sent the driver back with the car, so that the police investigation could be misled. Vishal then went to Sambhaji Nagar with his friend's car. He even gave wrong information to his family that he was going to Mumbai. He switched off his phone after this, but he did not know that his friend's car had a GPS system. With the help of the same GPS and CCTV footage, the police reached Sambhaji Nagar and arrested him from a lodge.
