Reduce screen timing

In this Yogasana, the hands and legs are left completely loose and the body completely remains in a relaxed posture. Meditating some time before sleeping is also beneficial. You can do Vajrasana for some time after eating food, because sometimes sleep gets interrupted due to food not being digested properly.

If you have problem of not sleeping properly at night, then massage the soles of your feet with sesame oil or coconut oil. This not only relieves you from the problem of insomnia, it also improves blood circulation and boosts mood.
