Kapalbhati Pranayama
Practicing Kapalbhati Pranayama can prove beneficial for your overall health. It removes toxins from the body, improves blood circulation in the body and helps in keeping the lungs healthy. It also brings agility to the body. To practice this pranayama, you just have to sit in Siddhasana, Padmasana or Vajrasana and exhale. While exhaling or throwing breaths, turn the stomach inward. In such a situation, along with increasing the concentration, it can prove beneficial for their health. Yoga can be done to children above 10 years of age. But keep in mind that the child should try the right method while doing this.
