Make sweet and sour chutney from raw mango
Everyone likes to eat mango in summer, whether it is raw mango or ripe mango. For now, to make chutney, peel and cut raw mango. Add some jaggery, red chilli, mint, cumin, salt and grind it well. In this way your raw curry chutney will be prepared which is rich in taste as well as many nutrients.
Mint chutney gives refreshing feel
Consumption of mint during summer is effective in preventing nausea, vomiting and digestive problems and also keeps the body cool. Separate the mint leaves from the stalks, wash them and add black salt, common salt, green chillies, cumin seeds and grind them in a mixer. After this add lemon juice to the prepared chutney. If you wish, you can add raw curry or tamarind for sourness.
Make Tamarind Chutney
Eating tamarind is also beneficial in the summer season, because its nature is considered cool and it is helpful in preventing heatstroke. To make this chutney, first soak tamarind in water and then separate its pulp and filter it through a sieve. Now mix and grind jaggery, black salt, cumin, red chilli as per taste and add it to the tamarind pulp and cook till it thickens. Add a sprinkle of cumin and asafoetida in it. Your tamarind chutney is ready.
