According to Zapkey's documents, the actress has given this house on rent to famous costume designer Kashish Hans for three years. For which the actress is charging Rs 1.5 lakh as rent for the first year.

According to the report of Hindustan Times, Malaika Arora has put the house on rent from April 29 this year. For which the tenant has given Rs 4.5 lakh in advance to the actress. According to reports, the house that Malaika has given on rent is in Pali Hill area of Bandra West. According to the rent agreement, the rent will increase by 5% every year. The rent for the first year is Rs 1.5 lakh. According to 5% in the second year, this fare will increase to Rs. 1.57 lakh and in the third year to Rs. 1.65 lakh.
This is not the first time that Malaika has given one of her houses on rent . According to Zapkey's report, Malaika had earlier also rented out a flat in Bandra, the first year's rent was around Rs 1.2 lakh. The special thing is that before this Malaika's boyfriend Arjun Kapoor had sold his Bandra West apartment for Rs 16 crores.
