Health Tips: Do not eat these vegetables even by mistake in the rainy season, they are very harmful

After the scorching heat, the monsoon is now slowly knocking. The rainy season brings relief from the heat, but it also brings with it many diseases. The risk of food poisoning increases during the rainy season. To enjoy the rainy season to the fullest and to avoid rainy diseases, it is necessary to take full care of food and drink.

Diseases easily surround us due to lack of attention to food and hygiene during the rainy season. Some things should be avoided during the monsoon season, otherwise it can prove harmful from the health point of view. Further in this post, some such vegetables have been mentioned which should be avoided during the rainy season. Let us know which are those vegetables-

Green leafy vegetables:

Green leafy vegetables are beneficial for health, they contain many vitamins and minerals which are beneficial for health. But during the rainy season, leafy vegetables like spinach, cabbage, etc. should be avoided. Due to the high humidity of these green leafy vegetables, they contain moisture in which water-borne germs like bacteria, fungi, microbes are produced. Consuming these vegetables during the rainy season can spoil the digestive system.

Cauliflower and Broccoli:

Cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts etc. also contain a lot of moisture. These vegetables are beneficial for health in other seasons but they should be avoided during the rainy season.

mushroom:

Mushrooms should also not be eaten during the rainy season. Fresh mushrooms are not available during this season. Mushrooms packed in cans have humidity and moisture, due to which the chances of fungal infection and bacteria growing in them increase. Eating mushrooms during the rainy season can harm the digestive system.

Brinjal:

Eating brinjal in the rainy season is also not beneficial at all. You can consume it occasionally, but consuming brinjal regularly in the rainy season can prove harmful for the digestive system.

Vegetables that grow underground:

Vegetables that grow underground during the rainy season, such as potatoes, radish, turnip, carrots, etc., should also be consumed in minimal quantities. If you eat these vegetables, then wash them thoroughly and, if possible, cook them thoroughly before eating.
