Enter UAN, Password and Captcha.

Click on Sign in.

Click Manage, and then click Modify Basic Details.

Enter name and date of birth as per Aadhaar and then click on Save/Submit.

Inform your employer to accept your name change request.

Major changes in the name, date of birth, nominee, address, father's or husband's name in the account are made only on the basis of paper proof from the employer and the shareholders. Changes in the date of birth as per Aadhaar or e-Aadhaar are accepted only up to a gap of three years from the date of birth previously recorded in the EPFO ​​account.
