Ashok Sundari, daughter of Lord Shiva
Ashok Sundari is considered to be the daughter of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. There is a description of her in Shiva and Padma Purana. Ashok Sundari was born after Kartikeya. According to the legend, Goddess Parvati wanted to get rid of her loneliness, so she asked for the boon of a daughter from Kalpavriksha. Goddess Parvati got this boon from Kalpavriksha, which is known for fulfilling the wishes of people. Then Ashok Sundari was born from that tree. The place from where water flows out of the Shivling is called the place of Ashok Sundari.
Mansa devi
According to beliefs, Mansa Devi is also called the youngest daughter of Lord Shiva, who is also known as Devi Vasuki. In Shiva Purana, Mansa Devi is associated with the jealousy of Goddess Parvati. According to mythological beliefs, she appeared from the head, so she is called Mansa. But she was not Parvati's daughter, so she was of a jealous nature. The famous Shaktipeeth of Maa Mansa is located in Haridwar.
There is also a belief that Manasa can neutralise the effect of a snake's wish and she is worshipped in temples as a goddess who is known to heal snake bites.
Lord ayyappa
Lord Ayyappa is mainly worshipped as a major deity in South India. His father is also believed to be Lord Shiva. According to legend, once during the churning of the ocean, when Lord Vishnu assumed the form of Mohini, Lord Shiva became fascinated with him, which led to the birth of Ayyappa.
Ayyappa Swami is called Hariharaputra i.e. Har- Lord Shiva and Hari- Lord Vishnu. Ayyappa Swami is considered to be one of the most powerful deities who are worshipped in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Sabarimala temple dedicated to Lord Ayyappa is a very famous temple in Kerala. It is said that Ayyappa is the only deity who can fight with Lord Parashurama.
