Material- 2 cups rice

- 2/4 red dried chilli

Guidance
- First of all, wash the rice by adding 2 cups of rice, 1 cup of lentils, 2 to 4 dried red chillies and water in a bowl.
- - Then add 2 cups of water to it, cover it and soak it for 4 to 5 hours. After 5 hours, take out the soaked rice in a mixer bowl.
- Make a smooth paste by adding 2 finely chopped tomatoes, one teaspoon cumin seeds, one inch finely chopped ginger and a little water. Then add salt as per taste and mix.
- On the other hand, keep the dosa pan to heat. - After heating the pan, apply some oil with a brush and spread the dosa batter on it with a spoon and fry the dosa well from both sides.
- Thus, quick but nutritious dosa is ready to eat.
